Executive Team

Mr. Vogel comes from a diverse business development background. As a former VC and capital acquisition consultant and advisor, he has vast experience assisting early- stage companies in obtaining various forms of financing including angel, seed, private equity, and venture capital. He also assists growing businesses in obtaining debt obligations including commercial loans, bridge financing, mezzanine financing and bonds. Mr. Vogel also previously managed a business unit focused on small and middle-market merchant banking financial services for the largest Swiss bank. 

Vogel is also a lifelong entrepreneur having co-founded a successful financial software firm that developed technology solutions for more than 1,500 banks and credit card companies in over 70 countries. 

Vogel has an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and a BSc from Arizona State University

Jeff has over twenty years of deal structuring and finance experience in corporate finance (LBOs, M&A, and Recapitalizations), commercial real estate, distressed assets, and various high-yield investment projects in over 20 countries on 4 continents. Jeff has worked for a large Swiss Investment Bank in Tokyo and New York, on high yield, structured finance and M&A deals throughout Asia, North America, and Europe. He has structured several $B USD in successful transactions. Jeff has performed similar roles globally for private equity firms in New York and Vancouver.

Jeff served as CFO for the largest business unit of BestBuy Canada as well as serving as CFO for a global conglomerate specializing in distressed acquisitions and turn-around.  Jeff has a BSc in Finance from the University of Florida and a dual MBA in Finance and Information Technology from the University of British Columbia.
