Jeff has over twenty years of deal structuring and finance experience in corporate finance (LBOs, M&A, and Recapitalizations), commercial real estate, distressed assets, and various high-yield investment projects in over 20 countries on 4 continents.

Through the 90’s and early 2000’s, Jeff worked for a large Swiss Investment Bank in Tokyo and New York, on high yield, structured finance and M&A deals throughout Asia, North America, and Europe. Through that time, he structured several $B USD in successful transactions.  Jeff has performed similar roles since 2004 globally for private equity firms in New York and Vancouver.

Jeff has also significant experience from the other sided of the finance structuring table having served as CFO for the largest business unit of BestBuy Canada as well as serving as CFO for a global conglomerate specializing in distressed acquisitions and turn-around.

Jeff has a BSc in Finance from the University of Florida and a dual MBA in Finance and Information Technology from the University of British Columbia
